Processing Time
All orders are subject to product availability and payment verification.
- Ready-Made Products: Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
- Customized or Personalized Orders: Production time varies depending on the design, quantity, and printing method selected. Processing may take 2–11 business days before shipment.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Coverage
We currently offer nationwide shipping within the Philippines.
Shipping availability may vary for certain remote or restricted locations.
Estimated Delivery Time
After your order has been processed and shipped, estimated delivery times are:

Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on:

- Selected shipping method
Any applicable shipping charges will be displayed before payment is completed.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email or message containing tracking information, when available.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking details to become active in the courier's system.
Rush Orders
Rush production and shipping options may be available for selected products and custom orders. Additional fees may apply.
Customers requiring urgent delivery are encouraged to contact our support team before placing an order. Shirt Planet also offers expedited fulfillment options for certain printed and embroidered products.
Delivery Delays
While we strive to meet all estimated delivery dates, Shirt Planet is not responsible for delays caused by:
- Courier service interruptions
- Extreme weather conditions
- Natural disasters
- Government restrictions
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer
Failed Deliveries & Incorrect Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal to accept the package, additional shipping charges may be required before the order can be reshipped.
Damaged or Missing Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incomplete, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your package.
